Shopping on Naijastyles is easy and very safe! Online shopping is only enabled for our Verified merchants. Our verified merchants are merchants that we have confirmed to be legitimate and trustworthy businesses in Nigeria. We have an agreement with all verified merchants concerning sales and delivery. We can assure you that shopping with these merchants is safe. We offer a money back guarantee on all undelivered products purchased from our verified merchants on this site. We shall give you your money back if for some reason our verified merchants are unable to make delivery of your products.
Please follow the steps below to shop securely on Naijastyles!

LOCATE THE PRODUCT YOU WANT TO PURCHASE
Navigate to the particular product that you want to buy. To easily locate products from verified merchants, you can either go to the 'Verified Merchants' page via Merchants->Verified Merchants (E-payment enabled) from the top navigation menu.

Select the profile of the merchant that you want to shop from and browse their products.

Alternatively, you can simply go to any of the product category pages and filter the products to display only products from verified merchants. For example, to view Ladie's dresses from verified merchants, from the main top menu, go to Products->Women->Dresses

On the product category page ('Dresses' in this case), select the drop down menu at the top, just before the product pictures. Next, select 'Verified Products Only (Epayment Enabled)'

This will display only products that are from verified merchants and are E-payment enabled.
ADD THE PRODUCT TO YOUR SHOPPING CART
Once you have located a product that you would like to purchase, you need to add the product to your shopping cart. In order to do so, simply click on the product to go to its product details page. Once there, you will see the 'Buy Now' section. Simply select the size, color and quantity that you would like to purchase and then click the 'Add To Cart' button.

Be sure to read the 'Delivery/Shopping policy' on the page before you order. This will let you know the delivery method that particular merchant utilizes as well as how long it will take before your goods are delivered.
MAKE PAYMENT
Once you have added the product to your cart and have logged in (or created a new account) you will enter your relevant data and proceed to the payment page. On this page, you will find 2 payment optioins for making your purchase. You can make payment using your Interswitch ATM card. This method is very safe and secure. The payment is secured by Guaranty Trust Bank's epayment platform: Gtpay. Niether we not GTbank will have ANY access to your card details. All necessary card details will be entered on the SECURE interswtich webpay interface. In the highly unlikely event that you have any issue with the payment, you can call our customer care hotline on 07028251644 or you can also call GTB's ebusiness department (thier number will be displayed on the GTPay page). We shall promptly rectify any issues within 24hours!
Alternatively, you can make a bank deposit or GTB internet banking funds transfer for your purchase. Intructions on how to go about this will be displayed on the payment page.
